TIM Management is the first Italian Temporary Interim Management Company. Founded in 1987 in Milan, it offers a management assistance service to companies facing development and transition. With more than a hundred interventions in companies of various industrial, commercial and financial types, TIM Management is now a leading company in Italy in the implementation of "change".
In 2010, in light of the constant demand from the market for new investors to support new relaunch / development projects, TIM Management partners created the company CDI Global Italia, within the international CDI Global network (www.cdiglobal.com) specialised in M&A services aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. From inception to date, more than 50 missions have been carried out.
In 2014 TIM Management became a member of WIL Group - Worldwide Interim Leadership (www.wilgroup.net). WIL Group is made up of 13 leading Interim Management companies operating in 31 countries with the aim of providing an efficient transnational service to its customers. The organisation and services offered by the network companies are comparable to those of TIM Management and allow for a uniform approach in the management of transnational projects.
