Michele has considerable experience in all functions of managing a business with particular strength in driving profitable growth through business development, managing acquisitions, restructuring and complete turn-around projects.

Currently Independent Director of Boards of Directors of listed companies: Mondadori, Leonardo, Epta, SEA Aeroporti, ASTM, PBI with positions in Risks, Sustainability and Remuneration Committees.

He works as a Fractional Manager in the field of accounting / financial controlling; he collaborates as a trainer at several Business Schools on financial topics. 

He has many years of experience in national and multinational companies in the packaging, food and service sectors, in the areas of management control, audit and finance, up to assuming responsibility and coordination of the entire company structure.

She joined the company as Office Manager to move to the Research Team taking the role of Junior Recruiter. She is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Language Mediation and Intercultural Communication at Università degli Studi di Milano.
