Co-founder of TIM. He has extensive experience in restructuring and turnarounds. As partner of Overseas Partner Italia he advised a closed-end fund operating under foreign law in Europe and in the United States, with the role of Head of Acquisitions in Europe.
For over twenty years he has covered the role of CEO in multinational companies: Anglo American- Mondi Packaging in China and Italy, Reno de Medici (listed in Milan and Madrid Stock Exchange), Sca Packaging Italy, ABB-Esab AB, where he has responsible for all operations in South Europe.
His main business in recent years has been the first-person management, under the role of Chairman or Chief Executive Officer, of industrial companies in situations of crisis (arrangement or pre-arrangement with creditors) during both the proceedings management phase and during the subsequent execution of the Plan.
Federico Costa has gain consolidated experience in both the management and negotiation of extraordinary M&A transactions, restructuring and turnaround operations and in operational management, covering, for 15 years, the role of Chief Executive Officer in companies of various sectors.
In the last 22 years, he has worked in the positions of General Manager and Chief Executive Officer in leading consumer goods companies and b2b companies such as Averna, Pernigotti, Scala, Sapori, Lumberjack and Baralan, where he managed and coordinated projects of: turnaround, restructuring, generational turnover, relaunch and development.
