Co-founder of TIM. He has extensive experience in restructuring and turnarounds. As partner of Overseas Partner Italia he advised a closed-end fund operating under foreign law in Europe and in the United States, with the role of Head of Acquisitions in Europe. He has managed acquisitions of companies in various industrial sectors.

He was a member of the Board of Directors and Consultant of Tropical Shipping Srl, a company owned by Dole Fresh Fruit operating in the food transport sector, and President of Costa International BV, a holding company owned by Costa Crociere, with the specific duty of managing and reorganizing companies located in North and South America.

He has a degree in Business and Economics at the University of Genoa, he is fluent in English, French and Spanish
